Mr Chong Voon Fooi was appointed to the Board of IOIPG REIT Management Sdn Bhd as a Non-Independent Executive Director on 20 January 2026 and as Chief Executive Officer on 19 August 2026.

Mr Chong obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executives, London, United Kingdom in 1999 and a Bachelor of Arts (International Business Administration) from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, United Kingdom in 2001. In 2023, he completed an MBA Essentials course organised by the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr Chong has extensive experience in the retail property industry, spanning retail management, leasing, marketing, mall operations and property investment. During his tenure with Mid Valley City Sdn Bhd and Mid Valley City Gardens Sdn Bhd, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of Mid Valley Megamall and was involved in the development of The Gardens Mall. He subsequently served as Head of Retail Management and Development, where he led the retail management and customer service functions for The Gardens Mall, with experience spanning retail strategy, leasing, rental setting, budget preparation and tenant mix negotiations.

Mr Chong subsequently joined IOI Properties Group Berhad (“IOIPG”), where his experience encompassed the leasing and marketing of IOI City Mall and the operations of IOI City Mall and IOI City Towers. He later assumed broader responsibilities for IOIPG’s retail malls and served as Head of Retail, overseeing the property management and retail operations of IOIPG Group’s retail properties.

Mr Chong subsequently assumed his role as Chief Operating Officer (Property Investment of IOIPG) where he oversees the strategic development, operations and financial performance of IOIPG Group’s property investment portfolio in Malaysia.

Dato’ Ong Eng Bin was appointed as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of IOIPG REIT Management Sdn Bhd on 20 January 2026.

Dato’ Ong graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts in Economic and Social Studies (Accounting and Finance) in July 1986. He has been a Fellow Chartered Banker of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers since 2017 and a council member of the Institute since October 2014.

Dato’ Ong has extensive experience in the banking industry, having served with OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC”) for 35 years. During his tenure with OCBC, he held various senior leadership positions with broad responsibilities across the bank's core divisions. His extensive expertise spans corporate and commercial, emerging business and transaction banking, as well as the financial institutions segment.

From August 2014 to December 2022, Dato’ Ong served as the Chief Executive Officer of OCBC. During his tenure, he was also the Chairman of Pac Lease Berhad and OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd, as well as a council member of the Association of Banks in Malaysia. Following his retirement, he served as an adviser to the Chairman of OCBC from January 2023 to June 2023.

Dato’ Ong was previously an Independent Non-Executive Director of Paramount Corporation Berhad and Oriental Holdings Berhad.

He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Inari Amertron Berhad and Crescendo Corporation Berhad. He is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Mapletree Emerging Growth Asia Logistics Development Fund, a logistics development fund of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd focusing on institutional-grade logistics products in Malaysia, India and Vietnam.

Mr Lee Tuck Heng was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 20 January 2026. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Mr Lee completed the professional examination of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, formerly known as the Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants, in 1984 (“MICPA”). He has been a member of MICPA since November 1984 and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in November 1987.

Mr Lee has over 40 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers PLT (“PwC”) in audit and assurance services. During his tenure with PwC, he was involved in audit engagements for local and international clients across various sectors and advised clients on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

He was seconded to PwC's London office as an Audit Manager in 1988 and was promoted to Audit Senior Manager during the secondment. Upon returning to PwC Malaysia in 1990, he continued as an Audit Senior Manager and was admitted as a Partner in 1996. He retired from PwC Malaysia in June 2021.

Mr Lee is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Genting Berhad and Boost Bank Berhad.

Ms Chen Wee Keng was appointed to the Board of IOIPG REIT Management Sdn Bhd (“REIT Manager”) on 20 January 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk and Sustainability Committee of the REIT Manager.

Ms Chen graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor of Management in 1989. She has been a Chartered Banker of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers since 2022.

Ms Chen has extensive experience in investment banking and capital markets, with particular expertise in the origination, structuring and execution of investment banking mandates for corporate clients. Her experience encompasses corporate finance, debt and equity capital markets, including investment banking mandates in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. She also has experience overseeing private banking, stockbroking and fund management as part of her senior leadership responsibilities in the investment banking industry.

During her career, Ms Chen held various senior leadership positions with Perwira Affin Merchant Bank Berhad and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad. During her tenure of over 18 years with CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, she led investment banking coverage and the origination and execution of major investment banking mandates, and served as Head of Investment Banking Malaysia and subsequently Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Senior Bankers Group.

In 2020, Ms Chen joined AmInvestment Bank Berhad as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Capital Advisory before being appointed Chief Executive Officer. She was responsible for managing the bank’s six business lines comprising corporate finance, debt markets, equity capital markets, private banking, stockbroking and fund management. She retired in May 2025.

Ms Chen is presently an Independent Non-Executive Director of RCE Capital Berhad and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad.

Cheah Wing Choong was appointed to the Board of IOIPG REIT Management Sdn Bhd on 20 January 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the REIT Manager.

Mr Cheah graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management in 1982 and subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bath, England in 1994. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom. He is also a registered valuer and estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia.

Mr Cheah has over 40 years of experience in the property industry, with experience spanning property valuation, property and asset management, property development and property investment. He began his career with Rahim & Co Chartered Surveyors Sdn Bhd, where he was involved in the management and valuation of commercial, residential and industrial properties. His subsequent experience included the revival of abandoned housing schemes with Peat Marwick Consultants and the development and management of commercial and residential properties with Tan & Tan Developments Berhad and IGB Corporation Berhad.

Mr Cheah subsequently held senior property and asset management positions with Tradewinds Corporation Berhad and Sunway City Berhad. At Tradewinds Corporation Berhad, his experience encompassed the asset management of commercial properties, master planning and the redevelopment of development land and commercial sites. At Sunway City Berhad, as Chief Operating Officer (Property Investments), he oversaw the development of commercial properties, including the conceptualisation and implementation of commercial projects, as well as the management of completed commercial and residential properties and their facilities.

From September 2014 until his retirement in June 2020, Mr Cheah served as Chief Operating Officer (Property Investment) of IOI Properties Group Berhad, where he led and oversaw the management and enhancement of the Group's property investment portfolio. He was involved in driving operational efficiencies, improving asset performance and strengthening tenant and stakeholder relationships across the property investment portfolio.

Chak Choy Sim was appointed to the Board of IOIPG REIT Management Sdn Bhd on 20 January 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She is the Chairman of the Risk and Sustainability Committee of the Company.

Ms Chak graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science with Education in 1981. She subsequently obtained a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines in 1985 and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia in 1998. She received her Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Malaya in 2012.

Ms Chak has extensive experience in capital markets, financial regulation, risk management and corporate governance. During her tenure with the Securities Commission Malaysia, she served in various capacities covering economic research, regulations and law reform, and product development, where she oversaw the development and introduction of new financial products for the securities and futures markets and the fund management industry. She also served as an Industrial Development Officer with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation in Vienna, Austria, where she was involved in finalising the Industrial Development Global Report 1995.

Ms Chak subsequently held senior risk management roles with Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad, now known as CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, and the Employees Provident Fund (“EPF”) Board. Her experience included developing policies and procedures for managing principal risks arising from banking activities and establishing a risk management framework to oversee the market and credit risks in EPF’s investment portfolio.

She has also undertaken corporate governance-related assignments as a freelance researcher for the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong. From 2014 to 2024, she served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Franklin Templeton GSC Asset Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and was a member of its Investment Sub-Committee.
