Notes:

  1. The eventual Unitholding is subject to IOIPG exercising, or exercising in whole or in part of the Over-allotment Option of up to 6% of the total issued fund size of 5,500,000,000 Units pursuant to the Listing.
  2. The Trustee (as the lessor), the Manager and the respective Master Lessees, which are subsidiaries of the Sponsor, had, on 14 September 2026, entered into the respective Hotel Master Lease Agreements for the leasing of the respective Hotel Properties.
